NHS of San Antonio provides you information and resources necessary to owning and maintaining a home with our affordable loans. NHS will prepare you for the ongoing responsibilities of buying and maintaining a home, empower you to make smart decisions about your home finance options, and connect you to the most affordable mortgage products. The Home Buyer Education Program includes the elements of education and counseling services for the purchase of a home through the Neighbor/Works Home Ownership Center. We offer monthly classes on Pre & Post Purchase Home Buyer Education. Our classes are very dynamic and presented by experts who volunteer their time to give back to our community.
Besides the first time buyer program NHS of San Antonio also offers an ADA program for the elderly–applicants older than 65 years old and for applicants with a physical disability may qualify. A person who has someone living in their household with a physical disability is also applicable for the ADA program.
