A licensed Home Inspector presents this segment and explains with graphics and real life examples the importance of having a home inspected prior to purchasing it.
Home Owners Insurance
The goal of this module is to help home buyers decide on the best type of insurance and understand the technical language of insurance agents. A volunteer Insurance agent facilitates this segment.
Creating a spending plan
During this segment participants learn to identify ways to save money and create a spending plan that realistically meets their needs. This way a home buyer can fit their house payment into their bills comfortably.
The Closing Table
The goal of this class is to prepare applicants to understand what happens during the closing on a house. The module is presented by a closer and a title company representative.
