Besides our financial partners, NHS relies heavily on a different type of partner to help low income families. The majority of our instructors for the Home Buyer Education Workshop are volunteers. The volunteers that donate their time and services are professionals and they are proficient in their line of work. They contribute their knowledge and wisdom to our organization and clients. The instructors we have come from various work backgrounds such as: insurance agents, mortgage lenders, city employees, and anyone who is willing to donate at least one hour a month to give back to the community by educating and helping low income families. If you are not interested in teaching, but you would like to donate your time to support NHS, we have a number of projects that you can contribute to, so give us a call and get involved.
