HOMEBUYER CLASSES PAYMENT PAGE

First Time Homebuyer Education Class Registration Payment Portal

Thank you for your interest in our HUD approved "First time Homebuyer Education Class".  ​

Class Fee: $35 one-time payment per household.

 

Payment Methods

Online. You may pay the $35 class fee through your PayPal account or with your Debit or Credit Card by clicking the button below.  You do not need to a PayPal account to make payment.

Money Order or Cashier’s Check. You may drop off your $35 class fee at our Homeownership Center located at 847 Steves Ave., San Antonio, TX 78212 during weekdays. You may use the 24/7 drop slot at the front of the building to drop off your payment on weekends.

 

Please note that we do not accept cash. Once you have made your payment and completed your enrollment form, you are considered enrolled in the monthly First Time Homebuyer Education Class. If you have any questions or need reimbursement please contact (210) 533-6673 ext.304.
