Our Home Ownership Center provides services tailored to your specific financial needs.  We assist you in discovering if homeownership is right for you.

You can be on your way to owning your first new home by following Steps 1, 2, & 3.  After these steps are completed, you will receive your certificate of completion which is valid for 1 year.

$80- (Bundle- All 3 steps) cost covers webinar, one on one advising session with 1 credit report, and HUD approved course.

$45 (Borrower)-$90 (If there's a Co-Borrower)- covers cost of credit report for one on one advising session 

$35- cost covers HUD approved course; in person or virtually

$100- cost covers E-Home America self-paced course
