Neighborhood Housing Services of San Antonio provides a HUD approved "First time Homebuyer Education Class".  There are two options for you to consider, an in person 6- hour course or a self-pace online option through E-Home America.

Our "First time Homebuyer Education Class" is a comprehensive course that is based on a standardized curriculum.  Which touch on 6 core topics of homeownership and much more.
