After attending our Orientation Webinar, schedule a  one-on-one housing counseling session with a housing counselor to discuss your homeownership plan.

In our session we will:

• Determine how much home you can afford

• Build your credit and reduce debt

• Create a budget and build savings

• Become mortgage ready

• Plan your next steps to start your homeownership journey

If you have completed the "First Time Homebuyer Education Class" or the online course and will be closing on your home soon, schedule a  one-on-one housing counseling session with a housing counselor to discuss your homeownership plan.  This session will provide you the opportunity to ask any additional questions and ensure you fully understand all pertinent information about purchasing a home.

In our session we will:

• Discuss your affordability

• Discuss maintaining your credit

• Create a budget and build savings

• Discuss your Loan Estimate and loan terms

• Explain what to expect at closing
