The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to invite Real Estate Construction Project Managers (Construction Project Manager or CPM) to submit a proposal to oversee NHSSA’s rehabilitation and new construction of single and multi-family housing development projects.
The CPM is responsible or planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from pre-construction through
closeout. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications, contracts, and regulatory requirements. The CPM serves as the primary point of contact amongst NHSSA, real estate professionals, General Contractors, and potential homeowners. Experience working with HUD’s HOME, CDBG, NSP and other local, state and federal funding is preferred.

Position Summary: Neighborhood Housing Services of San Antonio seeks a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to provide strategic leadership and financial oversight for the organization. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for advancing NHSSA's mission by effectively managing all accounting functions while ensuring the financial sustainability of the organization and leading a dedicated team. This role requires a financial leader with a strong background in grant management, affordable housing, nonprofit management and financial expertise.​​
