Neighborhood Housing Services (NHS) of San Antonio will provide down payment assistance in the form of a second lien mortgage to assist first-time homebuyers in Bexar County with the purchase of their home. Potential homebuyers must meet program and income eligibility guidelines. NHS of San Antonio will publish program guidelines when the program opens later this year.
