I'm reaching out to share that I had the most amazing first time home buyer experience with your loan officer Patricia Sanchez. 

I first met her at the first time home buyer education class at NHS. I wasn't ready at the time but when I was, she was the first lender I reached out to. She was courteous and helpful, walking me through, step by step to get approved. She went above and beyond answering my questions, even on nights and weekends. She made me feel valued and that she had my best interest in mind. I can't say enough amazing things about my experience with Patricia.

It broke my heart that I wasn't able to work with her when I found a new build. I tried so hard to make it work but the concessions and rate buydowns the builder was offering with their lender were not able to be beaten. 

I was truly looking forward to working with her, and am grateful for the time and effort Patricia put into assisting me throughout the whole process. The next time I'm in the market for a home, she will be the first person I reach out to. I will also be sure to refer my friends and family to her when they are ready to purchase.
