NHSSA has housing counselors ready to help homeowners facing delinquency or foreclosure. During a confidential counseling session, an NHSSA Housing Counselor will help you:

• Identify your needs

• Provide financial counseling

• Support you with appropriate resources

• Help work with your servicer

• Create a plan of action
